At Caligula New York, all guests are expected to adhere strictly to our rules and standards of conduct. Caligula NYC is a private, upscale social club for couples, single ladies, and select single gentlemen to socialize, connect, dance, enjoy drinks, and explore further only when all parties are on the same page.
Disrespectful behavior of any kind will result in immediate removal from the club
Admission Policy
Couples and single ladies are welcome on all nights.
Single gentlemen are admitted on select, designated nights only.
Alcohol Policy
Excessive drinking is not acceptable.
Guests are expected to drink responsibly.
Anyone visibly over-intoxicated will be removed from the club.
Single Gentlemen Guidelines
Some couples enjoy interacting with respectful single gentlemen; others do not. This is purely a matter of personal preference.
Rejection should never be taken personally.
If you are declined, accept it gracefully and move on.
Again: “No” means “No.”
Zero-Tolerance Drug Policy
🚫 Drugs are absolutely prohibited.
No possession, use, or distribution of drugs of any kind.
Anyone found with drugs on the premises will be immediately removed from the club.

No harassment of any kind will be tolerated.

Treat every guest with courtesy, dignity, and respect at all times.
Couples-Only Play Areas
Certain play areas are reserved exclusively for couples.
Single gentlemen are not permitted in these areas unless escorted by a lady.
Excessive Drinking & Behavior
Know your limits. Excessive drinking can impair judgment and lead to inappropriate or embarrassing situations — especially in a sexually charged environment. Guests who cannot control themselves will be removed for the safety and comfort of others.
Dealing With Jealousy
Jealousy can occur, especially for couples new to the Lifestyle. To avoid issues:
Arrive together with your partner.
Stay connected and check in with each other regularly.
Communicate openly about comfort levels and intentions.
Always leave together.
If jealousy arises:
Cease all activity immediately.
Move to a quiet area and discuss the issue privately.
If the issue cannot be resolved, we strongly recommend leaving the event to address it elsewhere.
